Spectreon

Spectreon; the ghost Eevee. I've long experimented with making an Eevee for every type out there, and this is the ghost type. I'm not necessarily sure on the logistics of evolving into a dead thing, so I say that it's what happens when an Eevee or Eeveelution dies and decides not to move on.
